He cannot stand that his free ride of screwing over everyone else is threatened by a minority woman, whom he thinks should be ordered around like the waitress bringing him drinks instead of working for all Americans.

After all, Yoyo and many of his republican country club buddies think that the United States no longer needs social programs for it's people, because they are wealthy now and don't need the help anymore, so it's not a problem anymore... Once you understand that they really do think that, their behavior is easy to understand.
