Edited to add (1018pm ET 8/5):

The "I tried and tried again" refers to for some reason my email program kept showing it as not sent. Tried about 3 times until it showed it as sent. I don't know what it is that I was doing wrong -- I've been using Outlook for decades as my main email and never have had anything like this occur.

But anyway, I only contacted them once about this, I didn't keep nagging them or anything like that. I would never do that.
