(6,820 posts)17. Damn good question. Yet 30%-40% seem hellbent on keeping Trump in office.
538 had Biden 73-27 last week and now he's 69-31. And they say his chance of winning is only slightly better than Trump's. Sunday PM positivity does not make me feel better about it. This thing is FAR from secure. I'd say we need 20% to overcome the mail sabotage alone. And when I subtract 31 from 69, I get 38. If 20 points is no show because of the mail, that's only 18 dwindling points remaining that separate us from disaster. In swing states it could easily create electoral mayhem.
Happy to set your mind at ease, however.
