Don't let the patient leave and that's kidnapping.

The car was sealed. Nothing in, nothing out.

The only people predictably at risk are the secret service folk. And they have pretty much the standard gear that's kept many a doc safe.

The only others are risk are bystanders as he exits and enters the building, but CDC guidance is "6 feet and 15 minutes".

The rest is just Haidt's elephant talking.
