13. Someone had this same picture up saying it was Rudy Giuliani

and likewise in that post there was just a head shot of Giuliani and not the complete picture.. head shot and picture of bruised hand..soooooooo someone needs to put up the complete picture of who the person is with the bruised hand.. and do not think for a second the Russians would not play a game like this with us.. just saying
