distribution plan, and that the bottleneck will be availability of vaccines in sufficient quantity to meet the demand. That is a failure at the Trump level, and the recent news that he declined to buy something like 100 million additional doses from Pfizer when this was offered last summer is more evidence of his fatally criminal negligence.
