On the one hand, I believe the notary attests that the person who signed the documents is in fact the person who signed the documents. I'm not sure the notary can attest to the veracity of anything else.

In any case, I suspect there's enough for a criminal investigation.

These buffoons need to be prosecuted, as they say, to the fullest extent of the law.
