no sense of humor, always on the job. But they were the good guys so they made us kids feel safe.

Too funny, just like I believed as a kid that the nuns slept in the wall cavities of the fold up benches in the cafeteria !!!! LOL. The Nuns, my teachers terrified me for 8 long years. Never really acted like real humans to me and never treated me with anything that could be equated with the love of Jesus or the love of Mother Mary. Having being taught by them was like being tortured ... can I sue them for PTSD?
