New York 91.62
Texas 63.33
Florida 44.8

Given the fact that Florida has a population of around 2 million more than New York, the per capita dollars are 2.2 higher.
Also, per census.gov, they are 17th in per household income.
So, second in tax revenues and top 1/3rd in income per household.
