that could complicate a guilty verdict in a jury trial.

Plus his friggin dad is LOADED, he's in Florida, and he's a RePuQ.

My guess based on what we know right now is that Gaetz cops a plea to 1-2 years in state prison, 10 years probation, and has to register.

Course, just the threat of that penalty could be enough to get his sissy ass to roll on EVERYONE.
