I feel my brother's disgust at what might be. It took a lot for him to say this. There has never been an election he's missed. Our parents raised us, that you vote. Back in the '60's and '70's here in PA, taverns weren't allowed to open until after the polls closed, but I remember my Dad meeting with other Dads on the block and hoisting a few on the corner. Election day was of day of community.

My Dad died in January of 2000, I thank God his pain and agony was not intensified by the 2000 election.
