(7,901 posts)18. D) the Niche software is bogus, useless for the tasks it is applied to, buggy as hell,
and is a modified, un-licensed beta copy of something which actually does work in the released 2.0 version.
E) Our project managers can't code, or organize work loads, or even tell if the results are within spec. without asking one of the peons who actually perform tasks and have professional knowledge of the work. (Dilbert is right on target here).
F) The guy who wrote that "niche" mess got bought out and is living in Tahiti, so no one presently working here has any idea about how it is supposed to work in the first place. (Yes, he took the instruction set with him because providing it wasn't stated in his buy-out agreement.)
