7. What role would the Secret Service have to play in this, if any?

Could the Secret Service arrest Trump if Florida refuses to? Could they tell a judge in New York State that they will maintain custody of Trump, deliver him to the court on-time and keep him out of trouble in exchange for keeping him out of a county jail?
