Hot and humid here in Wilmington, NC. Boyfriend likes to keep it cool, and I get cold easily so we compromise and keep it at 72 pretty much year round. Our apartment complex is new, only opened a few months before we moved in last year, so it's well insulated. When we lost power last year due to Isaias, it stayed relatively cool for most of the day.
