Unless I missed something, the evidence given is a be statement by her that she heard him order the payments.

That's not strong evidence. Her testimony isn't going to hold up in court. She will get destroyed by a defense atty for being an angr, scorned, drunken ex wife.

THIS IS NOT THE SORT OF NEWS THAT JUSTIFIES A VANITY FAIR ARTICLE. AND I WISH THEY WOULD STOP WITH THE ALL CAPS HEADLINES TOO!
