4. Sometimes you have to wait for people to catch up.

It is just human nature.

Sometimes I point out something that seems obvious and everybody gangs up on me.
Then two months later everyone says they knew it all along.

Just keep doing what you are doing.
I like sharp cookies who are ahead of the curve.
