Chances that Sinema/Manchin agree to carve out on Voting Rights. [View all]

I know we are consumed right now with infrastructure, debt ceiling, etc.
But I’m still laser focused on the Voting Suppression by the Republicans.
We have to stop it with a filibuster carve out.
Do Sinema and Manchin finally agree to it?
I think there’s about a 50-50 chance that they eventually will.
