1. Psychological testing for employment is limited to determining whether an applicant has the traits for the job. For cops, that’s whether they can be an authoritarian bully, because that’s how the job is designed.

3. Body cameras don’t reduce cop violence.

4. Cop forces would say that they are held accountable. They have to fill out forms any time they shoot a gun, negligently or otherwise. They are suspended for investigations when they hurt people. What more do you want?
