19. Its not Bear season.

That's in the fall.

If you're shooting at a bear in February, there are 3 reasons:
1. You're a professional hunter hired by timber companies to stop starving bears from stripping bark off trees to get at the cambium.
2. You're trying to scare it off, in which case there are other methods that don't involve firearms. Like banging pots and pans, or just waiting.
3. You're a poacher.

This is yet another firearm negligence death, followed by a guilt/shame suicide. Condolences to the family.
