1st off, he gets a SWITLESS response, no international trade you you! Then he better hope his military is better than the Wests....I'm thinking, nope. This is a world-class bluff. He has no cards to play. Russia is falling apart and a war in Okraine ain't making things better for Puttie or Russia.
