Not trying to argue, just giving my opinion that it is a dangerous idea to deprive anyone of their right to vote or hold office as long as they meet the age and residency requirements.
I would agree that anyone who is convicted of treason or participating in an insurrection should be banned, but that is already required by the Constitution.
