I don't get it, what's the use of a SC that back-peddles on previous decisions for what appears to be purely political, partisan reasoning. Isn't truth actually considered truth? Or does the truth change by whoever's party's in power? Think I already know the answer to that last question. But it leads to another question. Can the rights and freedoms we have today be taken away from us in the future?
