"Late Term Abortions" of "healthy bay-bees" whenever the mother feels like it.
Graham's otherwise useless bill sets the cut-off at 15 weeks, which is certainly not at the point of viability, and the title he gave the bill was blatantly inflammatory for that very reason. This is nothing but a cynical effort to try to take back the abortion argument.
