i'm glad your kids are around to help you out. try to keep masked when you're around them (and they should keep their n95s on too).

my friend (who is immunocompromised) finally tested negative after about a month--i read people who have other health issues can test positive for 20 or more days so just take it easy and hang in there. apparently that covid shit can linger on so if it does, don't get too freaked out--i guess it's "normal" (if you can call any of this normal)
