If she were drunk, wouldn't she have taken it down once she sobered up? (Unless she never sobered up... which is kind of possible, actually.)

To be so full of this much anger, without the resources of the intelligence to ever let that anger go... it's very sad. On the other hand, I prefer her sadness to her gloating if Romney had won.
