8. My husband has multiple sclerosis

Over the years of our marriage I have watched that disease take him inch by inch and piece by piece. There was no magic category for him. Now, of course he would and does “qualify”. He’s had MS for over 30 years. I wonder, with this kind of shit, when he could walk, (but not run) when he could work, (but not in his trade) if he would be considered disabled back when he first got on disability?
