Rules and regulations!

I live by them and if you sway from them, stink may ensue. I seen what happens if you sway, problems occur. State of New York is doing what they suppose to do, check the credentials. Most of the time, a bond is an promise note to pay if fail to respond or show. This bond is a bond to pay or property be ceased. Good job to tge clerk that did their job.
