Passenger seat wannabe-lawyer freaks out at Texas border patrol checkpoint and gets them both arrested.
The video is about seven minutes long, and it's a lesson in how not to behave at a border checkpoint. All this yahoo had to do was answer one question (are you a citizen) and they would be on their way. But no, he had to be an asshole about it.
What is ironic, is he is exactly the type to complain about lax border policies and "OPEN BORDERS!!11!!". You know he has complained about open borders, you just know he has.

I don't live that far from the border (150 miles from three crossings) and I wonder if that jerk lives near me!

Looks like it's at the Eagle Pass Checkpoint. They only reason anyone goes to Eagle Pass is to go watch the border.

Plus the repeated use of the f bomb. Not sure why he seems to think that it enhances his credibility.

I used to do the same thing and I'm a Democrat. I'd ask them to prove they were Americans in Arizona

I would posit that this type of attitude and behaviour is extremely problematic (to understate it):

I normally had a bag with a shirt or a dress I'd buy for my wife. I never went for medication unless I needed it there
