14. Fox News, Newsmax, now the former radio home of Limbaugh and Hannity.

"The 2020 election was stolen" is just too much a liability now for right wing media.

WABC has a long noted history in not just NYC but national radio. It had been a very high profile top-40 station as long as AM had been a destination for music. But by the early '80s as listeners increasingly preferred FM for music, WABC shifted to talk. By the '90s WABC had become a magnet for conservative talk hosts like Bob Grant, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity.

Catsimatidis bought WABC from Cumulus Media (radio company spun off from old Cap Cities/ABC/Disney stations) in 2019. It is the top-rated news/talk station in NYC (probably due to its primarily local lineup in contrast to WOR's mostly syndicated shows). But it trails all-news 1010 WINS and is tied with NPR affiliate WNYC (after having trailed WNYC for a while).

Oh, WABC ended its long affiliation with the ABC radio network around the same time Catsimatidis bought it, because it now uses Fox News for top-of-the-hour updates. (Last I checked, I heard WOR using ABC national news stories as one of many different services cited during hourly updates.)
