20. I think I told this to another poster: hit them in their wallets.

I'm ex-media. Someone asked me if there was some way they could get media people to listen and understand. I said no. If anyone criticizes their coverage, they're proud. Like they've done something right. Why you hit 'em in the wallets. Only thing that gets their attention.
