I was wrong. I watched the video and wrongly concluded that it was not an actual shooting because I didn’t notice anyone else being shot. My condolences ( “thoughts and prayers”) to the victims that were placed behind him. Mea culpa- I will hold off commenting about an event like this in the future ‘til I learn all the facts. Thank you
