that if the worry is he doesn't have the stamina to campaign and perform the duties of POTUS, and jet lag (from trips fulfilling his duty as POTUS and to campaign) is compromising him.... then the problem is it seems he doesn't have the stamina to do both things well.

Of course jet lag affects people. But also, you gotta roll with it if you're POTUS and campaigning to be POTUS.
