I see this all of the time on the totally honest and reliable internet. Some video like this goes viral, everyone is up in arms and calling for the cop/judge/etc head on a stick, then when the rest of the story comes out, total silence until it all happens again and again.
That exact cycle plays out far more often than not. Occasionally, we see one that is actually showing us a bad cop, and they most certainly are out there. My point is, my knees don't jerk, and I don't believe these anymore for the very reasons I explained above.
I've seen many situations that end with a shot cop start out exactly like what you saw in this video.
But maybe we'll get lucky this time and this video actually tells the entire story, and bad cops will be removed. My point is, that isn't normally the case.
