75. Why Was JD Vance Only An E-4 When He Got Out After 4 Years?

Aug 2024

One is eligible for promotion to E-5 after 3 years of service. Granted, the promotion is competitive and must be earned. So, did he get promoted then busted or was he just an underachiever? Somebody needs to inquire about that. I know that I made E-5 after 3 years of service.

With his record of service, he is a fine one to be slandering somebody else's military service. Trump sure can't because of his draft dodger status (alleged bone-spurs).
