What should Jack Smith do about the charges against Trump? [View all]

What do you think he will do?

In my opinion, he should not make the decision on the charges. He should force the courts, including the Supreme Court to rule on the charges.

The documents case is now in the Appeals Court in Florida and he could request immediate action on that case. Whatever their ruling, he could appeal to the Supreme Court.

The other case in DC, the election fraud case, involves others besides Trump, why could they not proceed with those charges?

Some have suggested that he may just "pause" the charges until his term is over? Others have said he might just drop all the charges against Trump entirely?

What should he do, in your opinion?
