It seems that our violent societal tendencies, really easy access to weapons, our culture of non-empathy, callousness and selfishness in general, our media propaganda machines (and orgs. like the NRA) and the fear/threat or hate mongering they do on a 24/7 365 basis, (like another DUer mentioned somewhere today) our MIC, our cowardly politicians lacking balls (or paid to lack them) to address real problems or present real solutions, our numbness to the horrors of violence, lack of living wage paying jobs, unemployment, lots of people on the streets with nowhere to go and nothing to do but have hungry kids to feed and families to support, bills to be paid.........all in a big ugly circle tied together...........where do we begin to break the circle then the cycle?
