(4). Burr (N.C.) Yes to break filibuster No on Confirmation

(5). Blunt (MO.) Yes to Break Filibuster No on Confirmation

(6). McCain (AZ) Maybe to break Filibuster No on Confirmation

My prediction 61 votes to break Filibuster and 57 votes for Confirmation.
