I believe that President Biden is too decent a person to just cut him lose. So, hopefully something that doesnt come up against ethics issues has been arranged. But, I hope that President Biden staff keep in touch with him, and if he needs money to handle his medical expenses, get a friend outside the Administration to organize a GoFundMe account for him.
DU member mcar posted an article that detailed the first weeks after his diagnosis, one of the encouraging items that I read was the type of cancer that he has responds to newly developed treatments and that he could possibly live a longer life with the cancer, or better, have it go into remission.
