China's record with food safety is abysmal. If they get their hands on one of the largest U.S. pork suppliers, we're going to have even less food choice and food safety. In March, 200,000 dead pigs were found floating in the Shanghai River and laying about the countryside. China denied their deaths were caused by bird flu (not even the Chinese citizens believed that), but gave no other explanation for their cause of death. And that is the mentality of the nation that will soon own a large part of our pork supply.

With deals like this, all the ag-gag bills, and the data you discussed above, the safety of our food supply is in real danger.
