Getting in shape is 90% diet anyway...not working out.
I have seen people work out 1.5-2hrs a day but pig out and remain fat/out of shape.
Most studies show if you work out with weights for more than 1 hour your body actually starts to burn muscle..
Most of the famous weight lifters only work out an hour per day..
Again diet is the key.
