and doctors aren't the only place to find basic dietary information.

I've had doctors tell me to my face that supplemental vitamins and minerals are useless. How many vitamins and minerals are missing when one eats at McDonalds?

Edit to add: I'm a Jeffersonian Democrat- a real liberal- so I won't be following your advice to go to a right wing warmonger site, but thanks anyway
