(11,913 posts)43. "Dirty bingo" is fun when used in lieu of a plain "white elephant"
All the presents are collected on a table, then you play "Bingo". When someone hits Bingo, they can take a present. When you play long enough that all the presents are gone and someone hits bingo, you can trade presents with anyone else.
One group I was with did an "ornament exchange" the same way, with a limit of $10.
