That is a pretty damn good insightful post, BlueStreak!
And you are absolutely right about the Rethuglicans stacking the courts ever since Reagan.

In fact, it was just a few years ago when Bush was appointing his cronies to high level offices within the federal government when the Rethuglicans shouted down any criticism from the Democrats of those appointments by saying, "The President has a right to choose who he wants to put in those positions!!"

I guess the Rethuglicans thought that was only true for WHITE Presidents.
