I only needed a few things and it seemed most people were doing the same thing at that hour. Besides, I lucked out - I love Marie Callendar's Chocolate Satin Pie, but rarely can afford such an extravagance, so I was prepared to make the traditional pumpkin. . .and lo and behold, as miracles can occur, that lovely pie was on sale for $6.99 and now chocolate will be part of my holiday.
