I do mind that John Lennon beat the hell out of the women in his life and gets worshiped like he's fucking Gandhi simply because he wrote one truly great song and got killed by a nut.
Yeah, I cried the day Lennon died and even if he was an asshole it is still sad he died but damn, that man was a major-league asshole. No hero of mine.
