So yes what she and Frank do should make us all uncomfortable; they are willing to do anything, use anyone, murder anyone, and use things in their past to gain power. Keep watching, there are more horrible Machiavellian events to come.

Of course, I would never tell a victim of sexual assault that "it is just a work of fiction and get over it;" those are her honest, authentic emotions. I think it is a good question to ask: is it right to manipulate as the second lady does in the show, if it results in the arrest and court marshal of a predator? Does the means justify the ends, as is argued by the main character in All The Kings Men?
