15. Yeah, saw that about the private insurers too. I am 'concerned' about that.

I have not looked at the details but I see no reason for a private insurer to be sticking their nose in this matter-well no reason other than $$! If you do check further into this program could you get back to me on it? I would very much like to know what you make of it. (On edit, looks like pinboy3niner has the details below.)
