Your post probably won't be picked up by a site that shall remain nameless. Not enough drama in the telling, just someone's life saved.

I do sincerely hope that all the glitches are worked out soon, like today, because even from my relatively safe spot with hubby's employer provided health plan, we have endured frustrations great (will they cover all of my son's facial reconstruction after a devastating accident, or let some clerk continue to act like we're doing a cosmetic procedure?) and not-as-great but still potentially bad (will they let me have the brand name Rx that does the job without side effects, or will this be the year I just have to give up that med because the generic makes me sick?) . I can well imagine the churning anxiety of people who have not had insurance before, and of people who are having to make a change, because I don't deal well with that kind of thing myself....
