Wealth cap at 150 million dollars per person
Forced retirement at 100 million, complete removal from flow and control of production.
Per year accumulation of wealth capped a 5 million dollar, All forms of gain added together and capped at a total of 5 million. (Only exception would be an inheritance)
Inheritance capped at 7.5 million per person, All other wealth from an estate forfeited. (Estate can be parceled out in 7.5 million chunks according to the deceased written wishes)
At wealth level of 3 million dollars, any and all forms of retirement and/or severance packages are illegal.
Stock options should be illegal, if someone wants stock, buy it at market value.
No cap for social security taxation.
Sentencing guidelines based on monies involved in a crime, 1 year for every 100 thousand dollars. Crimes involving millions of dollars suddenly become highly dangerous to execute.

Can anyone explain why any society should allow the financial, the social, the industrial, and political bottleneck that is/are billionaires to exist?
