In reply to the discussion: How To Tell Who Hasn't Read The New 'Atlantic' Cover Story [View all]The article oft linked here really does a poor job . Just my opinion. If TNC wants to provide basis for a new paradigm for those unaware of his facts, he does a poor job of it.

he seems to use words like reparation for reasons similar to why people use buzz words in a non- buzz word sense... but one does not find that out until later.
